Kara and Nevin Fenske sought the help of Business Link back in 2010 when they were planning Drift food truck, one of downtown Edmonton's first food trucks. Last year, the couple opened their second venture, Dovetail restaurant. They still continue to operate Drift food truck and employ 10 people between the two businesses.
